摘 要:通过稻壳等农作物废料提炼出了一种热裂解生物质燃料,可以用于汽车等领域.燃料主要由乙醇、乙酸乙酯、乙醚、丙酮和2-丁酮等5种组分以100∶35∶14∶9∶7的摩尔比组成.在不同初始温度、压力和当量比条件下,在定容燃烧弹上实验测量了热裂解生物质油的层流燃烧速度.用基于定容燃烧弹的定压法(constant pressure method,CPM)和定容法(constant volume method,CVM)分别测量了层流燃烧速度,分析了温度、压力、当量比对层流燃烧速度的影响.结果表明,层流燃烧速度随温度提高而增大,初始压力增加层流燃烧速度降低,并会使峰值位置右移.通过对比CVM和CPM结果,合理解释了火焰胞化对CPM结果的影响,并通过CVM外推得到0.1~0.8 MPa的压力范围、358~490 K温度条件下的层流燃烧速度.A refined pyrolysis biomass liquid fuel for vehicles was produced from rice husk,which consists of ethanol,ethyl acetate,diethyl ether,acetone and 2-butanone with a mole ratio of 100∶35∶14∶9∶7.The laminar burning speeds of the mixed fuel were studied at different initial temperatures,pressures and equivalence ratios in a constant volume combustion chamber.The laminar burning speed was calculated by constant pressure method(CPM)and constant volume method(CVM),respectively.The impact of pressure,temperature and equivalence ratio on the laminar burning speed was discussed.The results show that the laminar burning speed increases with rising temperature.The increase in initial pressure results in the decrease of laminar burning speed and the shift of peak position to the right.The results of CVM and CPM were compared,the effect of flame cellulari-zation on the CPM results was reasonably explained,and the laminar burning speed under the pressure of 0.1—0.8MPa and the temperature of 358—490K was obtained by CVM extrapolation.
