摘 要:基于600MW机组的实际运行数据,研究了机组负荷及锅炉典型受热面壁温数据的时域及频域特征.在350MW的低负荷段,发现了屏式过热器、高温过热器、高温再热器等部位各屏间温差较大(约100℃),这可能是由于烟气侧排布方式及管内工质流量不均匀所导致的;同一屏内各管壁温差异与受热面部位相关,即高温过热器及高温再热器处温差较小,屏式过热器处差异较大,潜在的超温风险更高.基于频域分析,发现在不同机组运行负荷下,受热面壁温均具有与机组负荷波动相同的特征频率(对应周期为30~40 min),这对壁温预测及超温异常的监测具有重要指导意义.In this work,based on the actual operation data of 600MW unit,the time and frequency domain characteristics of the unit load and the wall temperature data of the boiler's typical heating surface are studied.In the low-load section of 350MW,large temperature differences(about 100℃)are found between screen superheater,high temperature superheater and high temperature reheater,which is likely to be caused by the arrangement on flue gas side and the uneven flow of working medium in the pipe.The temperature difference of each tube in the same screen is related to the heated surface,that is,the temperature difference between high temperature superheater and high temperature reheater is small,the difference between the screens superheater is large,and the potential overtemperature risk is higher.Based on frequency domain analysis,it is found that under different unit operating loads,the heating surface wall temperature has the same characteristic frequency as the unit load fluctuation(corresponding period is 30-40 min),which is of great guiding significance for the wall temperature prediction and monitoring of overtemperature anomalies.
