摘  要:通过机械混合与挤压法制备铜基载氧体CuO/MgAl,采用批量给料式流化床研究烟煤及其半焦在化学链气化过程中含碳气体和NO_(x)的逸出特性,并讨论不同反应条件对含碳气体和NO_(x)逸出的影响.结果表明:煤氧解耦化学链气化过程中产生的主要含碳气体为CO、CO_(2)和CH_(4),氮污染物含有NO和N_(2)O;降低气化温度、减小水蒸气流量以及增大流化气体流量有利于削弱载氧体的烧结影响并减少NO_(x)排放.所得结果可为煤氧解耦化学链气化的应用和NO_(x)的控制提供有益参考.A copper-based oxygen carrier CuO/MgAl was prepared by mechanical mixing and extrusion.The emission characteristics of carbon-containing gases and NO_(x)during the chemical looping gasification of bituminous coal and the corresponding char were investigated in a batch fluidized bed reactor,and the influences of different reaction conditions on the emission of carbon-containing gases and NO_(x)were discussed.The results show that during the coal chemical looping gasification process the main carbon-containing gases produced were CO,CO_(2)and CH_(4),and the nitrogen pollutants included NO and N_(2)O.A lower gasification temperature,a smaller steam flow rate and a higher fluidization gas flow rate were beneficial to weaken the sintering of the oxygen carrier and reduce NO_(x)emission.The results obtained in this study can provide reference for the applications and NO_(x)control of coal chemical looping gasification with oxygen uncoupling.
