摘  要:吡蚜酮的残留检测方法很多.在简单介绍固相萃取法、分散固相萃取法和分散液相微萃取等三种前处理方法后,重点对气相色谱法、液相色谱法、气相色谱—质谱法、液相色谱—质谱法、荧光分光光度法等检测技术进行对比分析,发现高效液相色谱法、液相色谱—质谱法是最常用.该研究能够为农药残留技术的发展提供参考.There are many methods for detecting pymetrozine residues.After a brief introduction of three pretreatment methods,such as solid-phase extraction,dispersed solid-phase extraction and dispersed liquid-phase microextraction,the detection technologies such as gas chromatography,liquid chromatography,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry and fluorescence spectrophotometry were compared and analyzed,and it was found that high performance liquid chromatography and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry were the most commonly used.This study can provide reference for the development of pesticide residue technology.
