摘　　要：为了提高实习基地建设水平,进行了PDCA循环模式在新工科专业实习基地建设应用探究,给出了基于PDCA循环的质量监控体系构建,成立了涵盖计划层、执行层、检查层、处理层的组织架构和基地管理办法,推动PDCA循环模式良性运转,实现各方协调控制,基地建设水平明显提高.In order to improve the construction level of practice base,the application of PDCA cycle mode in the construction of new engineering specialty practice base was explored.Based on the construction of PDCA cycle quality monitoring system,the organizational structure and base management methods covering planning layer,execution layer,inspection layer and processing layer were established,which promoted the benign operation of PDCA cycle mode,realized the coordinated control of all parties and significantly improved the base construction level.
