摘  要:实习教学是医学检验专业学生培养过程中的重要环节。临床实习是将临床医学理论知识转化为实际应用的主要步骤,具有很强的实践性,是培养合格医学生的重要环节,也是由医学生过渡到住院医师的必经之路。但在实习教学过程中,发现了普遍存在的一些问题,这些问题的存在大大降低了医学生的实习质量,不利于实习生的培养,会通过不同方式影响学生未来岗位实际操作能力与医学检验专业素质的培养。因此,迫切需要加强和完善医学检验专业临床实践教学和管理的工作。本文从临床实践教学质量评价、医学专业学生临床交流能力与临床医学知识等方面存在的问题进行了深入的分析,并根据实际情况有针对性的提出了对应的解决措施和对策。Practice teaching is an important link in the cultivation process of medical laboratory students.Clinical practice is the main step of transforming theoretical knowledge of clinical medicine into practical application,which has strong practicality and is an important part of cultivating qualified medical students and a necessary path of transition from medical students to clinical residents.However,it is found that some common problems exists in the process of practice teaching and it greatly reduces the internship quality of medical students,which is not conducive to the cultivation of interns,and will affect the cultivation of students'practical ability and professional quality of medical laboratory students in their future posts through different ways.Therefore,there is an urgent need to strengthen and improve the work of clinical practice teaching and management in medical laboratory major.In this paper,an in-depth analysis on the problems existing in the evaluation of clinical practice teaching quality,clinical communication ability and clinical medical knowledge of medical students are conducted,and corresponding solutions and countermeasures are proposed according to the actual situation.
