摘　　要：目的优化门诊药房口服拆零药品的位置。方法调取中山市人民医院门诊六楼药房HIS系统6号窗口2019年11月份共计23363张处方,运用SPSS Modeler 18软件,使用Apriori算法计算口服拆零药品的发药频次、支持度和置信度,对其进行关联分析。结果根据关联规则的结果,将关联度较高的拆零药品优先放置在相邻的位置,共需调整21个拆零药品的位置。结论关联规则的分析方法可定量计算拆零药品的关联度,用于门诊药房拆零药品位置的优化管理。Objective To optimize the location of oral dismounted drugs in outpatient pharmacy.Methods 23363 prescriptions(Nov,2019)from the 6th window of the HIS system on the sixth floor of the outpatient pharmacy of Zhongshan City People's Hospital were retrieved.The SPSS Modeler 18 was used to perform association rule analysis,and the Apriori algorithm was used to calculate the dismounted drugs with high frequency of manual dispensing and to calculate the support and confidence level for the association analysis of dismounted drugs.Results According to the results of support and confidence calculated from the association rules,the oral dismounted drugs with a higher degree of association were prioritized to be placed in adjacent positions,and a total of 21 dismounted drugs were needed to be adjusted.Conclusion The analysis method of association rules can be used to quantitatively measure the association among dismounted drugs,and the location of dismounted drugs in outpatient pharmacy can be optimized.
