高位十字切扎术对环状混合痔患者术后疼痛和恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的研究环状混合痔患者实施高位十字切扎术治疗对术后疼痛和恢复的影响。方法选取2018年8月至2020年8月柳州市中医医院肛肠科住院的80例环状混合痔患者,根据手术治疗方法不同分为观察组(n=40)、对照组(n=40)。对照组患者实施外剥内扎加皮桥整形术,观察组患者开展高位十字切扎术。对比两组临床疗效、术后疼痛、出血、水肿评分、痔核脱落时间、创面愈合时间、术后并发症发生率。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的疼痛、出血、水肿评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的痔核脱落时间、创面愈合时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高位十字切扎术能够有效减轻环状混合痔患者术后疼痛、出血、水肿情况,提高临床疗效,缩短创面恢复时间,降低术后并发症发生率。Objective To study the effect of performing high cross excision-ligation treatment on postoperative pain and recovery in patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 80 patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids hospitalized in the Department of Anorectology of Liuzhou Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital from August 2018 to August 2020 were selected and divided into the observation group(n=40)and the control group(n=40)according to the different surgical treatment methods.Patients in the control group underwent lateral stripping-medial ligation combining skin bridge plastic surgery,while patients in the observation group underwent high cross excision-ligation.The clinical efficacy,postoperative pain,bleeding,edema score,hemorrhoid detachment time,wound healing time,and incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with the statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The pain,bleeding and edema score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,with the statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The hemorrhoid detachment time and wound healing time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with the statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference wa s statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High cross excision-ligation can effectively relieve the symptoms of postoperative pain,bleeding and edema in patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids,improve clinical efficacy,shorten the wound recovery time and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
