“三全育人”格局下高校辅导员开展网络文化育人的路径研究

摘　　要：高校辅导员作为网络思政的直接参与者,在开展网络文化育人工作中具有思想政治、工作实践、理论研究和舆论推广等优势,要努力发现和解决网络文化育人的新问题;构建和完善网络文化育人的新模式;探索和开辟网路文化育人的新路径。只有始终围绕学生关注的网络热点难点问题,进行宣传阐释;围绕网络文化育人体系构建,强化网络教育平台建设;围绕网络队伍建设和网络人才培养,开展实践和研究;围绕网络文化育人四大工程,探索构建网络教育新模式;围绕网络文化育人成效,打造网络思政教育示范品牌,才能更好地提升辅导员网络育人的渗透力、影响力和贡献力。College counselors,as the direct participants of network ideology and politics,have the advantages of ideology and politics,work practice,theoretical research and public opinion promotion in the work of network culture education.They need to work hard to discover and solve the new problems of network culture education,to construct and perfect the new model of network culture education and to explore and open up a new way of network culture education.They should always focus on the hot and difficult issues that students pay attention to,publicize and explain;focus on the construction of the network culture education system and strengthen the construction of the network education platform;focus on the construction of network teams and network talents cultivate,carry out practice and research;explore the construction of a new model of online education based on the four major projects of online cultural education;focus on the effectiveness of online cultural education and build a model brand of online ideological and political education.In this way,the penetration,influence and contribution of counselors can be better improved by building a demonstration brand of network ideological and political education around the effect of network culture education.
