摘  要:针对海水淡化预处理工艺特征形成了海水淡化原水预处理工艺(药剂)库,建立了预处理工艺筛选评估指标体系;而后利用多准则决策理论,构建了基于熵权法和逼近理想解排序法(TOPSIS)的海水淡化原水预处理工艺筛选评估模型,并实现程序设计,用以筛选出适合的预处理工艺;最后通过一个实例验证方法可行性,结果证明本体系可以有效辅助海水淡化原水预处理工艺的筛选评估,实现科学决策.In this study,a desalination pretreatment process library was built,and a screening and evaluation index system for pretreatment process was established based on the characteristics of desalination pretreatment process.Then,the entropy weight method and technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution method(TOPSIS)were used to constructa desalination pretreatment process screening and evaluation model based on themulti-criteria decision making theory.Meanwhile,a program design was implemented for suitable pretreatment process selection.Finally,the developed screening and evaluation modelisapplied to a case study to verify the feasibility of the method,and the results show that the developed screening and evaluationframework can effectively assistthe screening and evaluation of desalination pretreatment process to providea scientific decision-making.
