摘 要:为解决武汉绿地中心项目12根劲性钢筋混凝土(SRC)巨柱施工难题,对原有液压爬模技术进行优化改进,研发新型附板式液压爬模施工技术。该技术首次采用偏心式承力方式的结构体系,以满足附着于楼板、承力于钢梁、为巨柱施工服务的应用要求;设计穿板式、抱梁式、拉结式多种爬模附着方式,解决不同结构情况下的附着固定难题及附着点逐层变化和水平力卸载难题;设计成套的旋转附着装置和旋转辅助系统,在国内首次实现爬模架体施工中大角度旋转;攻克了单层无附着点、跨层单次9m爬升等技术难关。In order to solve the construction problems of 12 stiff reinforced concrete(SRC) giant columns in Wuhan Greenland Center project, the original hydraulic climbing formwork technology is optimized and improved, and a new type of plate-attached hydraulic climbing formwork construction technology is developed. For the first time, this technology adopts an eccentric load-bearing structural system to meet the application requirements of attaching to the floor, bearing the force on the steel beam, and serving the construction of the giant column. Designing a variety of climbing form attachments such as slab, hug beam, and tie type to solve the problem of attachment and fixation under different structure conditions, layer-by-layer change of attachment points and horizontal force unloading. A complete set of rotary attachment device and rotary auxiliary system is designed, and large-angle rotation in the construction of climbing formwork are achieved for the first time in China. Technical difficulties such as no attachment points on a single floor and a single 9 m climb across floors are overcome.
