摘 要:为了获得系统辐射电磁干扰(EMI)预测模型的干扰源,提出了一种仿真结合测试获取屏蔽电缆干扰源的方法。针对实际电缆截面参数、走线布局与端接阻抗,建立了等效仿真模型,得到了内外导体电流的传递函数;将实测的外回路电流作用于传递函数,反推得到了内导体干扰电流;并加工了测试装置,测量了典型电缆的传递函数曲线。试验结果表明,在电流探头的工作频段内,仿真结果与试验结果具有较好的一致性。该方法为分析电缆辐射奠定了基础,同时为抑制电缆辐射提供了依据。In order to obtain the interference source of the electro-magnetic interference(EMI) prediction model of the system radiation,a method combining simulating with testing to obtain the interference source of shielded cable is proposed.Based on the parameters of the actual cable section,the layout of cables and the terminal load,the equivalent simulation model is established to obtain transfer function of internal and external conductors current.The measured current in the outer loop is applied to the transfer function and the interference current in the inner conductor is deduced.The test device is machined and the transfer function curve of typical cable is measured.The experimental results show that the simulation results are in good agreement with the measured results in the operating frequency of the current probe.This method lays a foundation for analyzing cable radiation and provides a basis for suppressing cable radiation.
