摘  要:分析了脉冲变压器磁隔离驱动的技术特点,对磁隔离驱动信号传输技术原理进行了分析研究,分别设计了共享磁隔离变压器的同步脉冲群调制解调正向和故障保护信号反向传输电路,同步脉冲群调制电路能够快速对误动作进行恢复且脉冲宽度可调,故障保护的反馈设计可以在驱动电路发生故障时及时停止输出,并将故障信号返回到输入端,封锁驱动信号。对整个电路的设计进行了理论分析、仿真和样机电路制作,该磁隔离驱动电路经绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)驱动实验,可以可靠实现驱动和故障信号双向传输。The characteristics of pulse transformer magnetic isolation drive technology are analyzed,the signal transmission technology of magnetic isolation drive principle is analyzed,synchronous pulse group modulation and demodulation forward and fault protection signal reverse transmission circuits of sharing magnetic isolation transformer are designed respectively,synchronous pulse modulation circuit group can quickly restore the misoperation and pulse width adjustable,fault protection of feedback can be designed to stop in time for the driver circuit fault output,and fault signal can be back to input to block the driving signal.The whole circuit design is theoretically analyzed,simulated,and the prototype circuit is made.The magnetic isolation drive circuit can reliably realize the bi-directional transmission of drive and fault signals through insulated gate bipolar transistor(IGBT)drive experiment.
