摘 要:光伏电站大规模接入电网系统,其容量占比越来越高,对电网运行带了极大挑战,迫切需要光伏电站呈现一种可调度性。同时,光伏逆变器的快速响应特性为光伏电站具备快速功率调控,支持系统一次调频功能提供了条件。在此提出场站级自动发电控制(AGC)系统与带死区延时的有功-频率下垂控制组成的协调控制技术,实现光伏电站参与电网的一次调频。最后,在陕西某光伏电站进行试验,通过频率扰动、AGC协调试验两种情况验证了一次调频技术的可行性与有效性。Large scale photovoltaic power stations are connected to the power grid system,and their capacity proportion is higher and higher,which brings great challenges to the operation of power grid.It is urgent to present a kind of schedulability of photovoltaic power stations.At the same time,the fast response characteristics of photovoltaic inverter provide conditions for photovoltaic power station to have fast frequency modulation and support system fast frequency modulation function.A coordinated control technology composed of station level automatic generation control(AGC) system is presented and active power frequency droop control with dead zone control to realize fast frequency modulation of photovoltaic power station in power grid.finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of fast frequency modulation technology are verified by frequency disturbance and AGC coordination test in a photovoltaic power station in shaanxi province.
