摘  要:传统Boost与Cuk变换器电压应力低,电流纹波大,故提出一种Boost-Cuk组合变换器拓扑。同时用倍压单元替代输入电感,并将输入与输出电感进行磁集成,得到含倍压单元的磁集成Boost-Cuk组合变换器。分析了电容值不同时的电路工作模态,给出了电压增益和电压应力,可知电压增益明显提高;同时选择最佳方式进行集成,并给出了设计准则,电流纹波得到了明显减小,也减小了变换器的体积。并分析了电容不平衡引发的二极管的尖峰电流,以此来选择合适的器件,仿真与实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性。Traditional Boost and Cuk converters have low voltage stress and large current ripple,so a Boost-Cuk combined converter topology is proposed.At the same time,a voltage doubler unit is used to replace the input inductor,and the input and output inductors are magnetically integrated to obtain a magnetic integrated Boost-Cuk combined converter with a voltage doubler unit.The working mode of the circuit is analyzed when the capacitance value is different,and the voltage gain and voltage stress are given,it can be seen that the voltage gain is significantly improved,at the same time,the best method is selected for integration,and the design criteria is given,and the current ripple is significantly reduced,the volume of the converter is also reduced.The peak current of the diode caused by the unbalanced capacitance is analyzed to select the appropriate device.Simulation and experimental results verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
