摘 要:中点箝位(NPC)变流器基于载波脉宽调制(PWM)控制,采用带死区互补驱动信号发生时,对于NPC变流器会产生二极管短导通时间电压过冲现象,此时二极管从瞬态导通状态反向恢复引发过大的浪涌电压,容易导致炸机。对导致二极管短导通时间电压过冲问题的窄脉冲按要求进行合理展宽的限制算法,有效解决了系统二极管短导通时间电压过冲问题,不影响正常的PWM和电流谐波,大大提高了系统的可靠性,该方法简单、实用、不受使用条件的限制,无需增加额外的硬件电路,适合工程应用。此处提出了一种高压功率变流器二极管短导通时间电压过冲抑制方法。Neutral point clamping(NPC) converter bases on carrier pulse width modulation(PWM) control,when complementary driving signal with dead zone is used,diode short on-time voltage overshoot will occur in NPC converter,at this time diode reverse recovery from transient on state excessive surge voltage can easily cause explosion.The narrow pulses that cause the short on-time voltage overshoot of the diode are properly stretched and limited according to the requirements,which effectively solves the short on-time voltage overshoot of the system diode,and does not affect the normal PWM and current harmonics,which greatly improves the reliability of the system,the method is simple,practical,not restricted by the use conditions,does not require additional hardware circuits,and is suitable for engineering applications.A method for suppressing voltage overshoot is presented of high-voltage power converter diode with short on-time.
