高职生创业意愿的个体影响因素研究

摘　　要：通过实证调查研究发现,影响高职生创业意愿的人口统计学变量有:性别、是否为独生子女、大学期间是否为学生干部、是否接受过创业教育、实习或兼职经历的次数和时长;家庭因素有:父母有无经商经历、亲戚朋友中创业的人数;大五人格因素中正面表现特点较多与较少类的被调查者的创业意愿有显著差异,其中创业意愿排在前两位的是具备开放性、外倾性等人格正面表现特点的被调查者。Through empirical investigation,it is found that the demographic variables affecting the entrepreneurial intention of higher vocational students are:gender,whether being the only child,whether being student cadres in college,whether having received entrepreneurial education,the number and length of internship or part-time experience.Family factors include:whether their parents having business experience and the number of entrepreneurs among relatives and friends.Among the big five personality factors,the respondents with positive personality characteristics such as openness and extroversion usually have stronger entrepreneurial intention.
