摘　　要：本文根据有关《育德堂外制》流传的记录,并搜集参考相关史料,钩沉宋本《育德堂外制》《育德堂奏议》的流传与影印出版之掌故,体现了陈乃乾、郑振铎等一代代学人为保存民族文化所付出的诸多努力和良苦用心。Based on the records on how the Rescripts and Imperial Mandates of the Hall for Cultivating Virtues(Yude Tang)was handed down and related historical materials collected,the paper narrates the anecdotes about the hand-down,reproduction and publishing of the Rescripts and Imperial Mandates of the Hall for Cultivating Virtues and the Proposals of the Hall for Cultivating Virtues to the Emperor of Song dynasty,and reflects the enormous efforts paid by generations of scholars such as Chen Naiqian and Zheng Zhuodun to preserve the national culture and their good intentions.
