摘 要:采用水冷铜坩埚熔炼和铜模吸铸法制备直径3mm的(Zr0.55Cu0.3Al0.1Ni0.05)100−xErx(x=0,0.5,1,2,3,4,5)非晶合金,并利用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和力学性能测试仪研究Zr55Cu30Al10Ni5非晶合金添加不同Er元素含量的力学性能变化规律。结果表明:随着Er元素的添加,Zr55Cu30Al10Ni5非晶合金的室温塑性和断裂强度表现出先增加后减小的趋势;其中(Zr0.55Cu0.3Al0.1Ni0.05)98Er2非晶合金具有最高的抗压强度σbc(2194.4 MPa)、最高的断裂强度σc(2176.0 MPa)以及最高的室温塑性εp(14.31%),其室温塑性是不添加Er元素的非晶合金室温塑性的9.3倍,表明添加Er元素有利于提高非晶合金的室温强度和塑性。The amorphous alloy(Zr0.55Cu0.3Al0.1Ni0.05)100−xErx(x=0,0.5,1,2,3,4,5)with a diameter of 3mm was prepared by water-cooled copper crucible smelting and copper mold aspiration casting.The mechanical properties of the amorphous alloy with Zr55Cu30Al10Ni5 added with different Er elements were studied by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffractometry(XRD)and mechanical properties test.The results show that the plasticity and fracture strength of Zr55Cu30Al10Ni5 amorphous alloy increases first and then decreases with the addition of Er.The composition(Zr0.55Cu0.3Al0.1Ni0.05)98Er2 amorphous alloy has the highest compressive strengthσbc(2194.4 MPa),the highest fracture strengthσc(2176.0 MPa)and the highest plasticεp(14.31%)at room temperature.The plasticity of the alloy at room temperature is 9.3 times as that of the alloy without Er,indicating that the addition of Er can improve the strength and plasticity at room temperature.
