摘  要:目的了解贵州省青年教师心理健康服务需求现状,为健全贵州省心理健康服务体系提供实证数据。方法采用心理健康服务需求问卷对贵州省659名青年教师进行调查,调查内容包括客观矫治需求、主观发展需求、需求态度倾向、需求实现途径4个方面。结果贵州省青年教师存在较强心理健康服务需求,但寻求专业帮助的动力不足,获取心理健康服务的途径倾向于非专业化,对心理服务机构的信任不够,可用心理服务资源匮乏。结论提升贵州省青年教师心理健康服务水平,需整合全省资源、强化专业建设、加强科普宣传和完善服务体系。Objective In order to understand the current situation of young teachers′mental health service demand,and to provide empirical data for improving the mental health service system in Guizhou.Methods A total of 659 young teachers in Guizhou were surveyed by using mental health service demand questionnaire,which includes objective corrective demand,demand attitude inclination,subjective development demand,demand way.Results Young teachers in Guizhou province have a strong demand for mental health services,but lack the motivation to seek professional help,and the way to obtain mental health services tends to be non-professional.They do not have enough trust in psychological service institutions,and there is a shortage of available psychological service resources.Conclusion To improve the mental health services of the young teachers in Guizhou Province,it is necessary to integrate the province′s psychological resources,strengthen specialty construction,strengthen science popularization and improve the service system.
