摘  要:目的通过对重庆市某区一起家庭聚集性新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)疫情的调查,分析该病传播链、传播方式等,以冀为相关部门制定防控策略、指导公众做好个人防护提供科学依据。方法应用现场流行病学方法调查确诊病例及其密切接触者、一般接触者,对采集的鼻咽拭子标本采用实时荧光PT-PCR技术进行新型冠状病毒核酸检测。结果该起家庭聚集性新冠肺炎疫情的传染源为有湖北武汉旅居史的病例A,病例B为二代病例,CT显示右肺感染,血常规:白细胞5.30×10^(9)/L,淋巴细胞3.93×10^(9)/L。病例C是病例B同居男友,为三代病例,CT显示双肺感染,血常规:白细胞4.02×10^(9)/L,淋巴细胞1.49×10^(9)/L。结论新冠肺炎通过接触和飞沫传播,易在家庭内播散,要采取积极果断防控措施,防治疫情扩散。Objective Based on the investigation of an outbreak of cluster COVID-19 epidemic in a district of Chongqing,the disease transmission chain and mode were analyzed in order to provide a scientific basis for relevant departments to formulate prevention and control strategies and guide the public to protect themselves personally.Methods The confirmed cases and their close contacts and general contacts were investigated by on-the-spot epidemiological methods,and the nasopharyngeal swab samples were detected for coronavirus nucleic acid testing by real-time fluorescence PT-PCR.Results The source of infection of this cluster epidemic was case A,which had a history of living in Wuhan,Hubei Province.Case B was a second-generation case.CT showed right lung infection.Blood routine test showed that the number of white blood cells and lymphocytes were 5.30×10^(9)/L and 3.93×10^(9)/L,respectively.Case C,a third-generation case,is a cohabiting boyfriend of case B.CT showed bilateral lung infection.Blood routine test showed that the number of white blood cells and lymphocytes were 4.02×10^(9)/L and 1.49×10^(9)/L,respectively.Conclusion COVID-19 is easy to spread in the family through contact and droplet transmission.Active and decisive prevention and control measures should be taken to prevent and control the spread of the epidemic.
