摘　　要：当前,我国处于社会发展新阶段,农村基层党组织面临农村党员干部党性修养亟需锤炼、农村党组织机构设置亟待完善、党建教育工作机制缺乏创新、农村党建制度体系演进缓慢等一系列问题,需要从加强党员干部理想信念教育、优化党组织机构设置、创新农村党建工作方式、探索农村党建制度科学化等方面着手,逐步完善农村基层党建工作,奋力实现乡村振兴。At present,China is in a new stage of social development.Rural grassroots Party organizations are facing a series of problems,such as the urgent need to temper the party spirit cultivation of rural Party members and cadres,the urgent need to improve the institutional setting of rural Party organizations,the lack of innovation in the working mechanism of Party construction education,and the slow evolution of rural Party construction system.We need to strengthen the ideal and belief education of Party members and cadres,optimize the setting of Party organizations,innovate the working methods of rural Party construction,and explore the scientific system of rural Party construction,so as to gradually improve the rural grass-roots Party construction and strive to achieve rural revitalization.
