摘  要:相较于传统汞灯,紫外发光二极管(UV LED)有着环保、波长可控等优点。并且UV LED在杀菌消毒、光固化、激光打印、医疗等领域有着广阔的应用前景。尽管近年来基于半导体的紫外发光二极管的性能取得了显著的进步,但是还是有很多技术瓶颈有待解决。通过对UV LED在发展中遇到的问题进行详细分析,对其发展方向进行了展望。Compared with traditional mercury lamps,ultraviolet light-emitting diodes(UV LEDs)have the advantages of environmental protection,controllable wavelength and so on.And UV LED has broad application prospects in sterilization,light curing,laser printing,medical and other fields.Although the performance of semiconductor-based UV light-emitting diodes has made significant progress in recent years,there are still many technical bottlenecks to be resolved.Through the detailed analysis of the problems encountered in the development of UV LED,its development direction is prospected in the paper.
