摘 要:红景天苷的提取工艺包括热回流提取、超声提取、微波提取、酶解法提取、闪式提取、超高压提取、深共熔溶剂提取及多技术耦合提取等,其具有抗肺癌、胃癌、肝癌和乳腺癌等10余种肿瘤的药理作用。查阅了近10年来红景天苷的提取工艺及其抗肿瘤的国内外最新研究进展文献,对其进行整理分析,总结红景天苷的提取工艺和抗肿瘤的药理作用,为红景天资源的合理利用及红景天苷的抗肿瘤药研发提供一定参考。The extraction technology of rhodioloside includes heat reflux extraction,ultrasonic extraction,microwave extraction,enzymatic extraction,flash extraction,ultra-high pressure extraction,deep eutectic solvent extraction and multitechnology coupled extraction,which has anti-lung cancer,anti-gastric cancer,anti-liver cancer and anti-breast cancer and other pharmacological effects against more than 10 kinds of tumors.This paper reviews the latest literature on the extraction technology of salidroside and its anti-tumor research in recent 10 years at home and abroad,analyzes and summarizes the extraction technology and anti-tumor pharmacological action of salidroside,so as to provide certain reference for the rational application of salidroside and the research and development of anti-tumor drugs of salidroside.
