摘　　要：目的了解某高校大学新生的血尿酸(SUA)水平、高尿酸血症(HUA)患病情况及HUA患病的危险因素,为高校大学生疾病防治工作提供科学依据。方法选取云南省某高校2018级大学新生3295人作为研究对象,对研究对象进行入学健康体检,体检项目包括SUA、肝功等,并对体检数据进行统计分析。结果研究对象SUA水平为(350.06±85.01)μmol/L。其中男生SUA水平为(406.07±85.07)μmol/L,女生为(318.35±66.64)μmol/L(P<0.05);城市学生SUA水平为(364.64±86.01)μmol/L,农村学生为(344.69±84.01)μmol/L(P<0.05)。研究对象HUA检出1080人,检出率为32.8%。其中男生检出460人(38.6%),女生检出620人(29.5%)(P<0.05);城市学生检出330人(37.2%),农村学生检出750人(31.1%)(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示:体质指数、性别是HUA患病的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论大学新生SUA水平及HUA检出率均较高,且有上升趋势,不同性别和户籍学生之间SUA水平及HUA检出率均有差异,体质指数是HUA的危险因素。以上结果应引起教育部门和卫生部门的重视,学校应加强健康教育工作,重视对大学生HUA的早期干预,提高大学生健康水平。Objective To understand the level of serum uric acid(SUA),the prevalence of hyperuricemia(HUA)and the risk factors of HUA among freshmen in a university,so as to provide scientific basis for disease prevention and treatment of college students.Methods A total of 3295 freshmen of Grade 2018 in a university in Yunnan Province were selected for physical examination,including SUA,liver function and so on,and the physical examination data were statistically analyzed.Results The SUA level of the subjects was(350.06±85.01)μmol/L.The SUA level was(406.07±85.07)μmol/L in boys,(318.35±66.64)μmol/L in girls(P<0.05),(364.64±86.01)μmol/L in urban students and(344.69±84.01)μmol/L in rural students.A total of 1080 HUA people were detected,with a detection rate of 32.8%.Among them,460(38.6%)were boys,620(29.5%)were girls(P<0.05),330(37.2%)were urban students and 750(31.1%)rural students(P<0.05).The results of multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that body mass index and gender were the influencing factors of HUA.Conclusion The level of SUA and the detection rate of HUA in freshmen are higher and have a rising trend.There are differences in SUA level and detection rate of HUA among students of different genders and household registration.Body mass index is the risk factor of HUA.The above results should attract the attention of education departments and health departments.Schools should strengthen health education and attach importance to the early intervention of HUA among college students so as to improve the health level of college students.
