摘　　要：目的探讨血清性激素在女性生殖不孕症中的诊断价值。方法选取2018年1月—2020年8月河南省某医院收治的60例不孕症患者作为研究组,选择同时间入院进行体检的60例健康育龄期女性作为对照组。采集2组研究对象的清晨肘静脉血3 mL进行化学发光免疫法(ECLIA)检测,检测指标包括促卵泡激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)、催乳素(PRL)、促黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)等6项指标。结果研究组的FSH、LH、PRL、T等水平均高于对照组,研究组P、E2等水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上可以将性激素水平的变化作为女性不孕症的诊断依据。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of serum sex hormones in female reproductive infertility.Methods Sixty patients with infertility treated in a hospital in Henan Province from January 2018 to August 2020 were selected as the study group,and 60 healthy women of childbearing age who were in hospital for physical examination at the same time were selected as the control group.The 3 mL elbow venous blood samples in the morning from 2 groups were collected for electrochemiluminescence immunoassay(ECLIA).The detection indexes included follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E2),progesterone(P),prolactin(PRL),luteinizing hormone(LH)and testosterone(T).Results The levels of FSH,LH,PRL and T in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of P and E2 in the study group were lower than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The change of sex hormone level can be clinically used as the diagnostic basis of female infertility.
