联合干预对护士给药中断事件的影响

摘　　要：目的本研究旨在评估护士教育、清单标识与核查、患者教育和Time Cat可视化工作模式管理的联合干预措施对给药中断事件的影响。方法2019年3-11月对四川省某医院内分泌科进行给药中断事件联合干预。比较干预前后给药中断率。同时采用自制的满意度调查量表调查干预前后护士对中断事件管理策略的满意度。结果干预前、后给药总次数分别为315和302次,发生给药中断总次数分别为265和88次,干预前后给药中断率分别为84.1%和29.1%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护士对实施的联合干预方案均感到满意,其中最直接有效、最深切的体验是Time Cat可视化工作模式的管理,护士对工作模式的满意度由33.34%上升到78.00%。同时,91.67%护士认为这些联合措施能减少操作被打扰的概率,66.67%的护士认为该措施能提高护理质量与安全,33.33%护士认为该措施能能减轻工作中的焦虑与紧张感。结论本研究引入护士教育、清单标识与核查、患者教育和Time Cat可视化工作模式管理的联合干预后,其中断频次、中断持续时间均有所降低,患者和护士对此管理认可度较高。也给护理管理者一个重要提示,提高员工给药中断风险意识和使用相关管理系统等,将对中断事件的改进有重要意义。Objective To evaluate the impact of combined interventions of nurse education,inventory identification and verification,patient education and Time Cat visualization work mode on drug administration interruption events.Methods The interruption of drug administration combined with intervention was carried out in the Department of Endocrinology of a hospital in Sichuan Province from March to November 2019.The interruption rate was compared before and after intervention.At the same time,a self-made satisfaction scale was used to investigate nurses'satisfaction with interruption event management strategies before and after intervention.Results The total times of administration before and after intervention were 315 and 302 respectively.The total times of interruption of administration were 265 and 88 respectively,and the interruption rates before and after intervention were 84.1%and 29.1%,respectively.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nurses were satisfied with the combined intervention,among which the most effective experience was the management of Time Cat visual work mode.Nurses'satisfaction with the work mode increased from 33.34%to 78.00%.At the same time,91.67%of nurses thought that these combined measures could reduce the probability of interruption.66.67%of nurses thought that this measure could improve nursing quality and safety.33.33%of nurses thought that this measure could reduce work anxiety and tension.Conclusion After introducing the combined intervention of nurse education,inventory identification and verification,patient education and Time Cat visualization work mode in this study,the interruption frequency and duration were reduced,and the patients and nurses had a high recognition of this management.It also gives nursing managers a significant hint to improve employees'awareness of drug administration interruption and the use of related management systems,which will be of great importance to the improvement of interruption events.
