摘  要:为解决传统矿井水处理中悬浮物含量高、粒级细、比重轻且设备占地面积大、工艺成本高等问题,提出用内置导流筒旋流澄清器来处理污水,加入导流筒来增加颗粒碰撞几率,延长絮凝时间。通过对比试验探明加入导流筒可以有效提高旋流澄清器的分离性能,并通过试验研究其结构参数和操作参数对分离性能的影响规律。结果表明:内置导流筒外径、导流筒倾斜角、导流筒插入深度、进口速度对分离性能影响较大;并采用正交试验得出最佳组合。在导流筒外径180 mm,倾斜角2°,插入深度50 mm,进口速度0.93 m/s工况下,处理悬浮物含量约为800 mg/L,浊度约为80 NTU的煤泥水时,悬浮物含量降低到36.2 mg/L,浊度降低到7.7 NTU。In order to solve the problems of high content of suspended solids,fine particle size,light specific gravity,large equipment floor area and high process cost in the traditional mine drainage treatment,a cyclone clarifier with built-in guide tube was proposed to treat sewage,and the purpose of adding the guide tube was to increase the probability of particle collision and prolong the flocculation time.The separation performance of the cyclone clarifier can be improved by adding the guide tube,and the influence of the structural parameters and operational parameters on the separation performance was studied through the performance test.The results show that the external diameter,inclination angle,insertion depth and inlet velocity of the guide tube have great influence on the separation performance.And the best combination is obtained by orthogonal experiment.When the external diameter is 180 mm,the inclination angle is 2°,the insertion depth is 50 mm,and the inlet velocity is 0.93 m/s,the suspended solids content is reduced to 36.2 mg/L,the turbidity is reduced to 7.7 NTU when treating the slurry with the suspended solids content of about 800 mg/L and the turbidity of about 80 NTU.
