摘  要:为研究蝶阀在不同开度下的流动性能,利用FloEFD流体仿真软件对DN65蝶阀管路在多个典型开度下的流动特性进行了仿真分析与试验验证,得到了各个开度工况下的流场分布与压力分布情况,绘制了不同开度工况下的压力损失系数特性曲线,拟合回归了压力损失系数随开度变化的单值函数经验关系式并进行了验证。仿真与试验结果表明,该蝶阀管路在开度小于60°后流通性能明显下降,本研究内容可为试验装置设备的选型提供理论与数据支撑。In order to study the flow performance of the butterfly valve at different openings,the flow characteristics simulation analysis and test verification of the DN65 butterfly valve pipeline at multiple typical openings were carried out using FloEFD fluid simulation software.The flow field distribution diagrams and pressure distribution diagrams at the respective openings were obtained,the pressure-loss coefficient characteristic curves at different openings were plotted,and the empirical relationship of the pressure-loss coefficient single value function with the change of opening degree was fitted and verified.The simulation and test results show that the flow performance of the butterfly valve pipeline decreases significantly after the opening is less than 60%.The content of the research can provide theoretical and data support for the selection of test equipment.
