摘  要:现有文献针对斧形PDC齿具体破岩机理研究较少,且破岩特性数据多针对现场应用数据,缺乏布齿方法的理论性依据。鉴于此,利用有限元数值模拟方法分析了斧形PDC齿破碎致密硬质砂岩特性,开展了岩石力学参数和切削工艺参数对斧形PDC齿破岩效率的影响规律研究。数值模拟结果表明:斧形PDC齿与常规PDC齿的破岩特性具有显著不同,相较于常规平面PDC齿,斧形PDC齿更容易吃入地层,且破碎同体积岩石要求的切削力更低,破岩比能更小,破岩效率更高;斧形PDC齿破岩效率与岩石密度无显著关系,但在高抗压强度、高弹性模量以及高泊松比地层中破岩效果将显著降低。研究结果可为高性能混合布齿PDC钻头的设计提供参考。The study on the specific rock breaking mechanism of axe-shaped PDC cutter in the existing literatures is relatively less,the rock breaking characteristic test data are mostly for field application data,and there is short of theoretical basis of tooth layout method.In view of this,this article uses the finite element numerical simulation method to analyze the characteristics of tight hard sand broken by axe-shaped PDC cutter,and study the effect of rock-mechanical parameters and cutting process parameters on the rock breaking efficiency of axe-shaped PDC cutter.The numerical simulation results show that the rock breaking characteristics of the axe-shaped PDC cutter are significantly different from those of the conventional PDC cutter,compared with the conventional planar PDC cutter,the axe-shaped PDC cutter is easier to penetrate the formation,the cutting force required for crushing the same volume of rock is lower,the rock breaking specific energy is smaller,and the rock breaking efficiency is higher;the rock breaking efficiency of the axe-shaped PDC cutter has no significant relationship with rock density,but the rock breaking effect of it will be significantly reduced in the strata with high compressive strength,high elastic modulus and high Poisson's ratio.The study results provide reference for the design of high performance PDC bit with mixed tooth layout.
