摘  要:为了满足渤海油田高含水疏松砂岩油藏开发防砂和稳油控水的双重需求,解决传统AICD自适应控水筛管无法满足砾石充填作业和提液生产的技术难题,采用“双层筛管+循环滑套”结构设计,在循环滑套内置AICD自适应控水阀,形成一种新型可充填式自适应控水筛管,在稳油控水的同时,满足大排量充填作业和后期提液生产需求。基于新型可充填式自适应控水筛管,结合疏水亲油选择性控水颗粒充填,研究形成了防砂控水一体化技术。该一体化技术在渤海油田A1H2井成功应用,首次实现了自适应控水筛管的砾石充填防砂完井作业。现场应用结果表明,基于可充填式AICD筛管的防砂控水一体化技术稳油控水效果显著,可有效延缓边底水的锥进,为渤海油田高含水疏松砂岩油藏稳油控水开发提供了新思路。In order to meet the requirements of sand prevention,stable production and water control in the development of high water cut loose sandstone reservoirs in Bohai Oilfield and solve the technical problems that the traditional AICD adaptive water control screen cannot meet the packing job and production increase,a“concentric screen+circulating sliding sleeve”structure was designed,an AICD adaptive water control valve was built in the circulating sliding sleeve,and a new fillable adaptive water control screen was formed,which can stabilize oil production and control water,and simultaneously meet the needs of large displacement packing job and later liquid increase production.Then,based on the new fillable adaptive water control screen,combined with hydrophobic and lipophilic selective water control particle packing,an integrated sand prevention and water control technology was formed.The integrated technology was successfully applied in Well A1H2 of the Bohai Oilfield,and the gravel packing sand prevention completion of adaptive water control screen was realized for the first time.The field application results show that the oil stabilization and water control effect of the integrated sand prevention and water control technology based on fillable AICD screen is significant,which effectively delays the coning of edge and bottom water,and provides a new idea for production stabilization and water control development of high water cut loose sand reservoirs in the Bohai Oilfield.
