摘  要:为了满足页岩气水平井套管变形工况下的压裂作业需求,提高小直径可溶桥塞在大环空坐封的锚定效果及承载能力,对分瓣式镶齿卡瓦进行了结构优化设计。结合卡瓦的工作原理,建立了各结构参数的力学分析与计算模型,并通过实例计算对卡瓦的箍环结构尺寸和锥面角等参数进行了分析和优选;同时开展了不同材料及结构参数条件下的卡瓦承载能力和箍环断裂等力学加载试验。研究结果表明:箍环的断裂及限位效果稳定,坐封及承载后卡瓦各瓣分布均匀且卡瓦齿的锚定牢靠;卡瓦的失效及断裂发生在前排齿的根部沿合力方向的危险截面;优化后的卡瓦最大承载轴向力达581.7 kN,能够满足小直径桥塞在页岩气水平井139.7 mm套管内大于50 MPa压力条件下的压裂施工作业要求。研究内容和所得结论对于可溶桥塞的现场安全应用有一定的指导作用。In order to meet the requirements of fracturing operation under casing deformation conditions in shale gas horizontal wells and improve the anchoring and bearing capacity of setting of small diameter soluble bridge plug in large annular,optimum structural design was conducted for split insert slip.Combined with the working principle of the slip,the mechanical analysis and computation model of each structural parameter was built;then,by means of case calculation,the parameters such as the hoop structure size and cone angle of the slip were analyzed and optimized;and simultaneously,mechanical loading tests such as bearing capacity of slip and hoop fracture under different materials and structural parameters were carried out.The study results show that the fracture and limit effect of the hoop are stable,the distribution of each flap of slip is uniform and the anchorage of the slip tooth is reliable after setting and load bearing;the failure and fracture of the slip occurs in the dangerous section of the root of the front row teeth along the direction of the resultant force;and the maximum bearing axial force of the optimized slip is 581.7 kN,which can meet the fracturing operation requirements of small diameter bridge plug in 139.7 mm casing of shale gas horizontal well at pressure higher than 50 MPa.The study contents and conclusions have certain guiding significance for the field safe application of soluble bridge plug.
