摘  要:苏里格南区块速度管柱作业时,现有塔架无法满足现场施工要求,为此,开发了整体吊装遥控重载塔架。该塔架采用模块化设计,可灵活叠装及组合,能满足多种井场和作业工艺要求。对结构件进行受力分析与计算,并进行了400 kN载荷试验,结果表明塔架整体满足强度、刚度要求。采用电液控制及远程遥控技术控制顶层注入头橇架所安装的注入头垂直顶升、水平移动及转动,其中顶升液压油缸能实现任意位置无级锁止,对电器元件进行防爆设计,满足油田Ⅱ类防爆要求。整体吊装技术实现丛式井井组间的快速平移,大幅节省作业过程中注入头、防喷系统等设备的安装及拆卸时间。现场应用结果表明,该塔架不仅能满足苏里格南区块速度管柱作业工艺要求,而且满足深井超深井、海洋平台及丛式井等作业要求,具有广阔的应用前景。研究结果对类似塔架的开发有一定的指导意义。When the velocity string operation was carried out in South Sulige Block,the existing tower could not meet the requirements of field construction,therefore,the integral hoisting remote control heavy load tower was developed.The tower adopts modular design,and can be flexibly stacked up and assembled to meet the requirements of various well sites and operation technologies.Stress analysis and calculation as well as 400 kN load test were carried out on the structural parts,indicating that they can meet the strength and rigidity requirements as a whole.The electrohydraulic control and remote-control technologies were used to control the vertical jacking,horizontal shifting and rotation of the injector head installed in the injector head skid on the top,among which,the jacking hydraulic ram can realize stepless locking at any position,and explosion proof design was performed for the electrical components,which meets the classⅡexplosion proof requirements of the oilfield.The integral hoisting technology realizes fast translation between cluster wells,and greatly saves the installation and take-down time of equipment such as injector head and blowout prevention system during operation.Field application shows that the tower can not only meet the technical requirements of velocity string operation in South Sulige Block,but also meet the operation requirements of deep well,ultradeep well,ocean platform and cluster well,and it has broad application prospects.The study results have certain guiding significance to the development of similar towers.
