快速法评定聚酰亚胺漆包线温度指数研究

摘　　要：参照GB/T 4074.8—2009的方法,采用快速法评定了0.20 mm和0.30 mm聚酰亚胺漆包线的温度指数。结果表明:0.20 mm和0.30 mm聚酰亚胺漆包线的温度指数分别为225和229,这与220级聚酰亚胺漆包线的温度指数相一致,说明快速法对小规格聚酰亚胺漆包线温度指数的评定具有良好的适用性。Quick⁃test method was used to evaluate the temperature index of 0.20 mm and 0.30 mm polyimide enamelled wire according to GB/T 4074.8—2009.The results show that the temperature index are 225 and 229 for 0.20 mm and 0.30 mm polyimide enamelled wire,and it′s consistent with the results by conventional thermal aging test for polyimide enamelled wire.Therefor,it shows that quick⁃test method is well adapt with small gauge polyimide enamelled wire.
