摘 要:推进国家住院医师规范化培训制度,进一步全面落实增效,基地建设是根本,师资队伍是核心。浙江省肿瘤医院以优化师资队伍教学业绩档案为切入点,在加强师资队伍临床教学和管理能力培训的同时,通过优化教学管理、师资资质、教学工作量、教学贡献等教学业绩档案结构与内容,并将教学业绩积分与晋升、晋级激励机制挂钩,激发全院临床医师教学积极性,有效地促进了师资队伍建设,对提升师资队伍综合教学和管理能力,提升住院医师规范化培训质量等起到了积极的促进作用。To promote the national standardized training system for resident physicians to further fully implement and increase efficiency,base construction is the fundamental,and the faculty is the core.Zhejiang Cancer Hospital took optimizing the teaching performance files of the teaching staff as the starting point.While strengthening the clinical teaching and management capacity training of the teaching staff,we also optimized the structure and content of teaching performance files such as teaching management,teacher qualifications,teaching workload,teaching contributions,etc.And the teaching performance points with the promotion incentive mechanism was linked.This has stimulated the teaching enthusiasm of clinicians in the whole hospital,effectively promoted the construction of the teaching staff,and played a positive role in improving the comprehensive teaching and management capabilities of the teaching staff,and improving the quality of standardized training of residents.
