通脉散结汤辅助介入再通术治疗输卵管堵塞性不孕症的临床研究

摘  要:目的探究通脉散结汤辅助介入再通术治疗输卵管堵塞性不孕症的效果。方法选取2018年1月~2020年1月泰安市中医医院收治的60例输卵管堵塞性不孕症患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。对照组患者采用介入再通术治疗,观察组患者采用通脉散结汤与介入再通术联合治疗,分析两组输卵管堵塞性不孕症患者治疗结果的差异。结果观察组患者的总有效率高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后两组患者的中医证候积分均低于治疗前,观察组患者的中医证候积分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论输卵管堵塞性不孕症患者接受通脉散结汤与介入再通术联合治疗,可以改善治疗效果,值得在临床中应用。Objective To explore the effect of Tongmai Sanjie Decoction assisted interventional recanalization in the treatment of tubal obstruction infertility.Methods 60 patients with Tubal Obstructive Infertility Treated in Tai'an traditional Chinese medicine hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with interventional recanalization,and the patients in the observation group were treated with Tongmai Sanjie decoction combined with interventional recanalization.The difference of treatment results between the two groups was analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score of the two groups after intervention was lower than that before treatment,and the TCM syndrome score of the observation group after intervention was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of tubal obstruction infertility patients with Tongmai Sanjie Decoction and interventional recanalization can improve the therapeutic effect and is worthy of clinical application.
