摘 要:对氯丁橡胶(CR)硫化胶进行热氧老化试验,研究100℃下老化时间对CR硫化胶化学结构、交联密度、溶胶质量分数及其相对分子质量分布、氯质量分数、拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,在热氧老化过程中,CR硫化胶的橡胶分子链发生氧化反应,化学结构发生明显变化。在老化初期,CR硫化胶的交联密度增大,溶胶质量分数和相对分子质量减小,橡胶分子链以交联为主;老化时间超过192 h后,CR硫化胶的交联密度减小,溶胶质量分数、相对分子质量及其分布指数增大,橡胶分子链氧化断裂增多;在老化过程中,交联及脱氯使CR硫化胶结构化越来越严重,导致CR硫化胶的拉伸性能明显降低。Chloroprene rubber(CR)was subjected to thermal-oxidative aging,and the effects of aging time at 100℃on the chemical structure,crosslinking density,sol mass fraction and molecular weight distribution,chlorine mass fraction and tensile properties of CR vulcanizate were studied.The results showed that,during the thermal-oxidative aging process,the rubber molecular chains of CR vulcanizate were oxidized,and the chemical structure changed significantly.In the initial stage of aging,the crosslinking density of CR vulcanizate increased,the sol mass fraction and molecular weight decreased,and the rubber molecular chains were mainly crosslinked.After aging for more than 192 h,the crosslinking density of CR vulcanizate decreased,the sol mass fraction,molecular weight and its distribution index increased,and oxidative fracture of the rubber molecular chains became more severe.In the aging process,CR vulcanizates became more and more structured due to crosslinking and dechlorination,leading to the dramatic reduction of the tensile properties.
