摘 要:基于社会网络分析(SNA)构建房地产项目利益相关者的社会网络模型,从网络密度、中心度以及结构洞3个方面分析网络中利益相关者之间的关系。以房地产开发企业为主体,运用凝聚子群分析法对其利益相关者进行分类,根据分类结果提出加强房地产开发企业与其他相关方协同合作的对策和建议。The social network model of real estate project stakeholders was constructed based on social network analysis(SNA),and the relationship among the stakeholders in the network from three aspects of network density,centrality and structural hole were analyzed.From the perspective of real estate development enterprises,the stakeholders were classified by using cohesive subgroup analysis method,and countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the cooperation between real estate development enterprises and other related parties were proposed based on the classification results.
