摘 要:针对多模态医学图像配准算法,从底层概念上升到算法和应用,对图像配准工作进行了详尽的综述,简要概述了配准的框架和分类标准,从配准环节对算法进行阐述和改进。简介了3D Slicer软件,给出了用于图像配准的几个重要模块,并完成了CT-MRI的多模态图像配准。研究结果表明,利用3D Slicer软件中的多个模块配合,可以较快地实现不同参数下的配准实验,针对CT和MRI图像的实验,对临床具有重要意义。Aiming at the multi-modal medical image registration algorithm,from the bottom concept to the algorithm and application,the image registration work was reviewed in detail,the registration framework and classification standards were briefly summarized,and the algorithm was explained and improved from the registration.The 3D Slicer software was introduced,several important modules for image registration were given,and the multi-modal image registration of CT-MRI was completed.The results of the experiment indicate that alignment experiments with different parameters can be quickly achieved using several modules in the 3D slicer software In particular,experiments with CT and MRI images are significant for clinical medicine.
