摘 要:目的探讨基于“1+M+X”混合慕课的《内科护理》教学改革的的应用效果。方法2020年2—6月从本校2019级护理专业学生中随机抽取三个班为对照组(90名),三个班为研究组(90名)。对照组采用传统教学方法;研究组采用基于“1+M+X”混合慕课的教学方法。课程结束后,两组学生均进行综合考核,参加效果评价。比较、分析、评价教学效果。结果研究组综合成绩高于对照组(P<0.01);从5个维度21个条目的评价指标中研究学生的自主学习能力,教学评价效果显示,学生的自主学习能力提高;研究组和对照组学生在认知、情感、精神运动三个领域的满意率分别为85(94.44%)、83(92.22%)、86(95.56%)和76(84.44%)、78(86.67%)、76(84.44%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于“1+M+X”混合慕课的《内科护理》教学改革,能提高学生的综合成绩、自主学习能力和提高教学质量。Objective To explore the application effect of"1+M+X"mixed MOOC in the teaching reform of internal medicine nursing.Methods Three classes were randomly selected as the control group(90 students)and three classes as the study group(90 students)from the students of nursing specialty of grade 2019.The control group used the traditional teaching method;the research group adopted the teaching method based on"1+M+X"mixed MOOC.At the end of the course,the two groups of students were evaluated comprehensively and participated in the effect evaluation.The teaching effect was compared,analyzed and evaluated.Results The comprehensive score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01);the self-learning ability of the students was studied from 21 items in 5 dimensions,and the teaching evaluation results showed that the students'autonomous learning ability was improved;the satisfaction rate of the students in the cognitive,emotional and psychomotor fields of the research group and the control group were 85(94.44%),83(92.22%),86(95.56%)and 76(84.44%),78(86.67%),76(84.44%),respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The teaching reform of"internal medicine nursing"based on"1+M+X"mixed MOOC could improve students'comprehensive performance,autonomous learning ability and post competency.
