摘  要:针对直线感应电机在饱和状态下会使三维电磁场有限元模型进入非线性迭代,从而极大增加了计算的时间成本这一问题,提出了三维线性分析和二维非线性分析相结合的计算方法对强三维直线感应电机进行计算.首先,在三维有限元模型中获得线性工况下的电机电磁参数;其次,在二维有限元模型中,获得激磁电感和激磁电流之间的非线性关系,并利用迭代方法获得激磁电感;最后,开展了静态堵驻试验.结果表明:计算值与试验结果较为相符,验证了该方法的准确性,可以极大了减小三维非线性计算的时间成本,适用于大尺寸电机方案频繁调整的优化设计阶段.Linear induction motor in saturated state will make the 3D electromagnetic finite element model into nonlinear iteration,which greatly increases the time cost of calculation.In response to this problem,a calculation method combining 3D linear analysis and 2D nonlinear analysis was proposed to analysis the electromagnetic performance of 3D linear induction motor.Firstly,the electromagnetic parameters of the motor under linear conditions were obtained in a 3D finite element model.Secondly,the nonlinear relationship between inductance and current was obtained in the 2D finite element model,and the excitation inductance was obtained using an iterative method.Finally,a static stall test was carried out and the results show that the calculated values were in close agreement with the test results,which verifies the accuracy of the method.This method can greatly reduce the time and cost of 3D nonlinear calculations,and is suitable for the optimization of large-size motor solutions with frequent adjustments.
