摘　　要：[目的]介绍陈华教授继承浙派中医儿科学术特色治疗小儿腺样体肥大的临床经验。[方法]通过跟师学习、研究浙派中医儿科学术特色及整理医案,总结分析陈师治疗小儿腺样体肥大的临床经验,并列举医案以验证。[结果]陈师继承浙派中医儿科学术特色,认为小儿腺样体肥大的病因在于虚、痰、瘀,病机为肺脾两虚、痰瘀互结,将病程分为感染期、迁延期、恢复期三期,于分期治疗中"巧用和法、健运脾胃、养阴固本",并将化痰散瘀法贯穿治疗的全程。所列案例为小儿腺样体肥大的典型案例,于感染期疏风清肺,迁延期扶正祛邪,恢复期健脾养阴,兼以化痰散瘀,疗效确切。[结论]陈师从腺样体肥大肺脾两虚、痰瘀互结的基本病机出发,通过分期治疗,灵活运用浙派中医儿科学术特色,改善患儿临床症状,缩小腺样体,疗效显著,值得推广。[Objective]To introduce Professor CHEN Hua’s clinical experience in treating adenoid hypertrophy in children by inheriting the academic characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)pediatrics of Zhejiang school.[Methods]Through learning from teachers,studying the academic characteristics of TCM pediatrics of Zhejiang school and sorting out medical cases,this paper summarized and analyzed Professor CHEN’s clinical experience in treating adenoid hypertrophy in children,and presented example of medical cases for verification.[Results]Professor CHEN inherits the academic characteristics of TCM pediatrics of Zhejiang school,regards that the pathogeny of adenoid hypertrophy in children lies in deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis,and the pathogenesis is deficiency of both lung and spleen,phlegm and blood stasis.In clinical work,Professor CHEN divides the course of disease into three stages:Infection stage,delay stage and recovery stage,and flexibly applies the"skillful use of harmonizing,strengthening the spleen and stomach,nourishing Yin"in the treatment of different stages,and adopts the method of resolving phlegm and dispersing blood stasis throughout the whole treatment.The case listed was a typical case of adenoid hypertrophy in children treated by Professor CHEN,the curative effect was definite after treated with dispelling wind and clearing the lung in the infection stage,strengthening the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors in the delay stage,and tonifying the spleen and nourishing Yin in the recovery stage,combined with treatment of resolving phlegm and dispersing blood stasis.[Conclusion]Focusing on the basic pathogenesis of deficiency of the lung and spleen,phlegm and blood stasis,Professor CHEN treats adenoid hyperplasia in children by stages,uses academic characteristics of TCM pediatrics of Zhejiang school flexibly to relieve the clinical symptoms and minimize the adenoids.The curative effect is remarkable and worth popularizing.
