摘  要:为解决以可再生能源为主体的多元化低碳供能问题,引入光热电站充当热电联产机组,综合考虑将电储能、储热系统、储气罐与负荷侧灵活资源视为广义储能,充分发挥电热气灵活耦合与多能互补特性,提出了一种电热气互联综合能源系统(EHGIES)经济调度方法。首先,构建EHGIES结构,并建立主要设备模型。然后,以系统运行成本最小为目标,建立了EHGIES常规调度模型。在此基础上,考虑不确定性因素,采用条件风险价值理论描述系统的运行风险,建立了EHGIES经济调度模型。最后,通过仿真验证了所提方案的可行性与有效性。In order to solve the problem of diversified low-carbon energy supply with renewable energy as the main source,a concentrating solar power(CSP)plant is introduced to act as a combined electricity-heat unit,and the battery energy storage,thermal energy storage system,gas tank and flexible loads on load side are considered as generalized energy storage resources.In order to make full use of the flexible coupling and pluripotent complementary characteristics of electricity,heat and natural gas,an economic dispatch method of electricity-heat-gas integrated energy system(EHGIES)is proposed.Firstly,the EHGIES structure is constructed and the main equipment model is established.Then,with the goal of minimizing the system operation costs,an EHGIES conventional scheduling model is established.On this basis,the economic dispatch model of EHGIES is established by considering uncertainty factors and conditional value at risk(CVaR)theory to describe the operation risk of the system.Finally,the simulation verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
