穴位贴敷及四缝穴点刺疗法联合治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的通过应用暖脐散穴位贴敷联合点刺四缝穴疗法治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎,观察其临床疗效。方法将120例符合肠系膜淋巴结炎纳入标准的患儿进行随机分组,联合治疗组40例应用暖脐散穴位贴敷及四缝穴点刺疗法治疗,穴位贴敷组40例采用单纯暖脐贴穴位贴敷治疗,对照组40例单纯口服头孢克肟颗粒,观察疗程为1周,分析3组治疗前后总体疗效、症状与体征综合评分。结果经连续治疗1周后,发现3组治疗后症状较治疗前均有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其中联合治疗组经干预后的症状与体征评分结果优于其他2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用暖脐散穴位贴敷联合点刺四缝穴疗法对小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎疗效显著,且方便易行,具有临床应用及推广价值。Objective To observe the clinical effect of warm umbilical powder acupoint application combined with Dianqiansihe acupoint therapy in the treatment of mesenteric lymphadenitis in children.Methods 120 cases of children with mesenteric lymphadenitis were collected and conducted the randomized controlled study.The combined treatment group was treated by warm umbilical powder acupoint application and four seam acupoint pricking therapy,The acupuncture group were treated with the simple umbilical plaster acupoint application,The control group was treated with cefixime granules,The course of treatment was observed for one week.The overall curative effects and the comprehensive score of symptoms and signs of the three groups before and after treatment were analyzed.Results After one week of continuous treatment,it was found that the symptoms of the three groups were significantly improved(P<0.05).The scores of symptoms and signs in the combined treatment group were better than those in the other two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of warm umbilical powder acupoint application combined with Dianqiansihe acupoint therapy has a significant effect on the mesenteric lymphadenitis in children,which is convenient and easy to be performed,and has clinical application and popularization.
