彩色多普勒超声联合多层螺旋CT对卵巢恶性肿瘤诊断价值分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨彩色多普勒联合多层螺旋CT对卵巢恶性肿瘤诊断价值。方法:本研究属于回顾性分析,病例资料主要来源于2014年1月至2020年10月临床上收治的60例卵巢恶性肿瘤患者,均给予彩色多普勒超声及多层螺旋CT检查,比较诊断卵巢恶性肿瘤及临床分期准确性。结果:多层螺旋CT、彩超-多层螺旋CT联合检查诊断卵巢恶性肿瘤的准确率分别为90.00%、95.00%,较单一彩超诊断的66.67%显著提高(P<0.05);单一多层螺旋CT与彩超-多层螺旋CT联合检查诊断卵巢恶性肿瘤准确率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。病理学检查结果显示:卵巢恶性肿瘤临床分期Ⅰ期19例、Ⅱ期17例、Ⅲ期22例、Ⅳ期2例。彩超-多层螺旋CT联合检查、单一多层螺旋CT检查与病理检查诊断临床分期的总准确率为80.00%、85.00%,较单一彩超诊断卵巢恶性肿瘤临床分期的准确率(70.00%)显著提高(P<0.05);单一多层螺旋CT与彩超-多层螺旋CT联合检查诊断卵巢恶性肿瘤临床分期准确率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:彩超-多层螺旋CT联合检查对于诊断卵巢恶性肿瘤的准确性、临床分期准确性最高,能够优势互补,充分发挥各自的优势,可尽早确诊并确定临床分期,指导临床上的治疗,改善患者的预后。Objective:To explore and analyze the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound combined with multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of ovarian malignant tumors.Methods:This study is a retrospective analysis.The case data mainly come from 60 cases of ovarian malignant tumors admitted clinically from January 2014 to October 2020.All patients were given color Doppler ultrasound and multi-slice spiral CT to compare the accuracy of diagnosis and clinical staging of ovarian malignant tumors.Results:The accuracy rates of multi-slice spiral CT,color Doppler ultrasound and multi-slice spiral CT combined in the diagnosis of ovarian malignant tumors were respectively 90.00%and 95.00%,which were significantly higher than the 66.67%diagnosed by single color Doppler ultrasound(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the accuracy of single-slice spiral CT and color Doppler-multislice spiral CT in the diagnosis of ovarian malignant tumors(P>0.05),the pathological examination results showed:clinical analysis of ovarian malignant tumors:19 cases of stageⅠ,17 cases of stageⅡ,22 cases of stageⅢ,2 cases of stageⅣ,color Doppler ultrasound-multi-slice spiral CT combined examination,single multi-slice spiral CT examination.The total accuracy rate of clinical staging diagnosis with pathological examination were 80.00%and 85.00%compared with single color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of ovarian malignant tumor(65.56%),and the accuracy rate of clinical staging was significantly improved(P<0.05),single multi-slice spiral CT and color Doppler ultrasound-more.There is no significant difference in the accuracy of the clinical staging of malignant ovarian tumors in the combined examination of multi-slice spiral CT(P>0.05).Conclusion:Color Doppler ultrasound-multi-slice spiral CT combined examination has the highest accuracy in the diagnosis of ovarian malignant tumors and the highest clinical staging accuracy.It can complement each other’s advantages and give full play to their respective advantages.It can diagnose and de
