预见性护理干预对MR增强扫描中造影剂过敏发生的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析预见性护理干预对磁共振成像技术(MR)增强扫描中造影剂过敏发生情况的影响。方法:选取2018年8月至2020年4月在本院进行MR增强扫描的患者分为干预组和对照组。对照组给予常规护理,干预组给予预见性护理,比较两组患者造影剂过敏反应发生率、舒适度评分及不良反应发生情况。结果:干预组患者造影剂过敏反应发生率为6.22%,较对照组患者22.38%显著降低(P<0.05),且对照组患者造影剂过敏反应较干预组患者更严重。对于检查过程中舒适度,干预组患者对于检查舒适度评分(心理、生理、文化、社会环境)较对照组患者显著提高(P<0.05)。干预组患者不良反应发生率为3.55%,较对照组患者9.06显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:对于行MR增强扫描的患者实施预见性护理干预可以降低其过敏反应发生率,提高检查的舒适度,降低不良反应发生率,促进检查顺利完成,值得推广。Objective:To explore and analyze the impact of predictive nursing intervention on the occurrence of contrast agent allergy in magnetic resonance imaging(MR)enhanced scan.Methods:Patients who underwent MR enhanced scan in our hospital from August 2018 to April 2020 were selected and divided into the intervention group and the control group.The control group was given routine care,and the intervention group was given predictive care.The incidence of contrast medium allergic reactions,comfort scores and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The rate of contrast medium allergic reaction in the intervention group was 6.22%,significantly lower than that of 22.38%in the control group(P<0.05),and the contrast agent allergic reaction of the control group was more serious than that of the control group.For the comfort during the examination,the intervention group’s comfort score for the examination(psychological,physiology,culture,social environment)were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions in the intervention group was 3.55%compared with 9.06 in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In enhanced MR scanning,the implementation of predictive nursing intervention for patients can reduce the incidence of allergic reactions,improve the comfort of the examination,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and promote the smooth completion of the examination.It is worthy of promotion.
