摘  要:单相永磁同步发电机在民用发电系统中有一定的应用,然而单相电机的理论和工程应用主要集中在单相异步电动机。本文设计了并网运行的10 KW单相永磁同步发电机,首先根据电磁负荷确定基本尺寸,应用磁路法对转子永磁体进行了设计,根据电机的相量图分析了移相电容的选取,对电机的两相绕组和谐波抑制进行分析设计,分析了斜槽对减小电压波形畸变率和负载转矩脉动的作用,最后通过场路耦合有限元方法计算了样机的运行特性。Single-phase permanent-magnet synchronous generator has certain application in civil power generation system.However,the achieved theory and engineering application of single-phase electrical machinery has focused on single-phase asynchronous motor.The paper researched on the design of single-phase permanent-magnet synchronous generator for 10 kW.Firstly,determined the basic size according to the electromagnetic load,designed the rotor permanent magnet by using magnetic circuit method,select phase-shifting capacitance using the phasor diagram by the generator output current,designed two-phase windings design and harmonic suppression,analyzed skewed slot affected on decreasing voltage waveform distortion rate and load torque ripple.Finally,calculated the characteristic of the design prototype operated at grid connection.
