摘  要:针对某型号氢氧发动机推力室氢喷嘴尺寸特性对喷嘴出口流量的影响进行了研究,采用三维数值模拟的方法,研究了模拟氧喷嘴直径、氢喷嘴内孔直径、径向孔直径、下排径向孔距出口距离和两排径向孔间距5个因子对喷嘴出口流量的影响。研究结果表明:当氢喷嘴径向孔入口压力为1MPa时,模拟氧喷嘴直径增大喷嘴出口流量逐步减小,氢喷嘴内孔直径增大喷嘴出口流量增大,径向孔直径增大喷嘴出口流量增大,下排径向孔距出口距离增大喷嘴出口流量减小,两排径向孔间距增大喷嘴出口流量减小。其次,采用响应曲面设计方法,通过数值模拟结合试验建立了模拟氧喷嘴直径、氢喷嘴内孔直径和径向孔直径三因子与出口流量的多元回归仿真数学模型。再次,将流量试验与仿真数学模型计算结果进行相关性分析,两者呈正相关关系。最后,对仿真数学模型进行修正获取氢喷嘴尺寸与流量数学模型。A numerical simulation method is used to study the influence of the hydrogen nozzle dimension factors on nozzle outlet flow rate in thrust chamber,such as diameter of oxygen nozzle,inner diameter of hydrogen nozzle,radial diameter of hydrogen nozzle,distance from lower radial hole to outlet and distance between two rows of radial holes.The results show that when diameter of oxygen nozzle is increased,the nozzle outlet flow rate is reduced.When inner diameter of hydrogen nozzle is increased,the nozzle outlet flow rate is increased.When radial diameter of hydrogen nozzle is increased,the nozzle outlet flow rate is increased.When the distance from lower radial hole to outlet is increased,the nozzle outlet flow rate is increased.When the distance between two rows of radial holes is increased,the nozzle outlet flow rate is reduced.Then,a multiple regression model was established among diameter of oxygen nozzle,inner diameter of hydrogen nozzle,radial diameter of hydrogen nozzle with outlet flow rate.Then,the correlation analysis between nozzle flow testing and simulation shows that the two are in a positive correlation.Finally,the simulation mathematical model is revised to obtain the hydrogen nozzle size and flow mathematical model.
