摘 要:某大型运载火箭是中国未来大型航天工程建设任务的主力运载器,其测试发射流程优化是提升发射场年综合发射能力的关键。通过对前期任务开展过程中流程执行情况的分析,识别现阶段流程基本情况及主要制约因素。采用关键路径法+ECRS(Eliminate Combine Rearrange&Simplify)方法,对工艺流程各子阶段进行分析,识别流程优化的关键测试项目,通过取消、合并、重排、简化等手段,破除制约因素限制,不断迭代以逐步缩短测试发射周期。从技术攻关难度和建设投入规模角度,区分近、中、远期落实优化措施,最终实现大幅缩短测试发射周期、提升年发射能力的目标,为更好地完成后续大规模航天工程任务奠定基础。A large launch vehicle is the main vehicle for China’s future large-scale space engineering.Optimization process for the vehicle is the key to improve the annual comprehensive launch capability.The processes in early tasks are analyzed,and the basic situation and main constraints of the line stage process are identified.The critical path method+ECRS method is used to analyze each substage of the process,key test items restricting process optimization are identified.Through cancellation,merger,rearrangement and simplification,the constraints are broke through,continuously iterating to gradually shorten the test launch cycle.Consider the perspective of technical difficulty and construction investment scale,optimization measures are implemented in near,medium and long term to greatly shorten test launch cycle,annual launch capability will be improved and a foundation for completion of the future large-scale space engineering tasks will be laid.
