摘 要:长征五号运载火箭是中国目前运载能力最大的火箭,在火箭发射过程中活动发射平台承受着最严酷的燃气流场环境。为全面掌握活动发射平台在发射环境下受燃气流的烧蚀和冲刷状态,基于长征五号火箭发射燃气动力学仿真预示结果,设计了一种有效的飞行任务搭载测试方法,获得了实际任务火箭发射过程中活动发射平台典型位置的压力、温度、热流密度等热学环境载荷数据,据此提炼出长征五号活动发射平台燃气流载荷的设计边界,证实了活动发射平台目前热防护措施和结构强度设计方案的正确性。LM-5 launch vehicle is the rocket with the largest carrying capacity in China at present,and the harshest combustion gas flow field is encountered on the mobile launch pad during the launch process.In order to fully understand the ablative and scour state of the launch pad under the launch environment,based on the simulation analysis of the launch gas dynamics of LM-5 launch vehicle,an effective test method is designed in the launch task,and the thermal environmental load data are obtained for the launch pad,such as the pressure,the temperature and the heat flux during the actual launch task.Accordingly,the design boundary of the combustion gas flow load is extracted for LM-5 mobile launch pad,afterwards the validity of the thermal protection measures and the structural strength design is verified about the launch pad.
